Even before the release of the Epstein files by the U.S. Department of Justice, the political earthquake that is about to hit is already shaking up élites, including those in the orbit of President Donald J. Trump (R). Former Harvard President Lawrence H. Summers, a former top member of the cabinet of then President William J.
