NEW YORK, November 21 (C'est Vrai) — Billionaires are reportedly spending a lot of cash to influence elections. In one instance, Curtis Sliwa reportedly received an offer of $10 million from billionaires to drop out of the New York City mayor's race. He declined. It was a rare example of a political candidate rejecting the increasingly inevitable role of money in politics.
