Tatiana Schlossberg, JFK's granddaughter, is sick with cancer and has less than one year to live

— Tatiana Schlossberg, 35, a daughter of Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg, has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. She is married with two young children. She recounted the discovery of and treatment for her disease in an essay published today in The New Yorker. In a harrowing juxtaposition, the younger Mrs. Schlossberg wrote about her uncle's confirmation as HHS secretary as her healthcare struggles became intense. Painfully personal, the essay tugs at our heartstrings as only the Kennedy clan can.
