Campbell's Soup executive in the hot seat after lawsuit claims discrimination, drug use admission in secretly recorded meeting

A Campbell's Soup employee claimed he as fired after reporting questionable remarks made by a company executive. The executive, Martin Bally, was reportedly on leave from the company, pending an investigation. The former employee, Robert Garza, worked as a security analyst in 2024 at the company's headquarters in New Jersey and made a secret recording of the remarks. Garza is represented by attorney Zachary Runyan.
