After Roger Keller, a special prosecutor brought in to handle the alleged mortgage fraud case, made a presentation to a new grand jury, no charges were returned against Letitia James. The setback follows a dismissal less than two weeks ago of prior charges in the same case. Critics have argued that President Donald J. Trump (R) is using the legal system to punish his perceived enemies.
