Allies to Zohran Mamdani form nonprofit lobbying arm, a structure that bedeviled de Blasio and Cuomo

NEW YORK, November 6 (C'est Vrai) — Individuals with links to the NYC-DSA are behind the formation of Our Time for an Affordable NYC, a nonprofit lobbying arm tasked with promoting Zohran Mamdani's agenda. Similar groups have caused legal headaches. The activities of the Campaign for One New York triggered law enforcement interest to the chagrin of Bill de Blasio. Andrew Cuomo faced scrutiny over the lack of transparency behind the donors to two similar groups, the Committee to Save New York and New Yorkers United Together.
