Federal Prosecutors are working-up their case against Jeffrey Maddrey, a former NYPD chief who resigned over an alleged sex for overtime scandal

NEW YORK, November 8 (C'est Vrai) — Prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney's Office are reportedly lining up star witnesses in their case against Jeffrey B. Maddrey, the former NYPD Chief of Department. Maddrey is reportedly being investigated over revelations that he had allegedly coerced sex from subordinates in exchange for approving extra overtime. Some of the sexual encounters took place on his office couch at One Police Plaza. Maddrey has claimed that sex with at least one of the women was consensual.
