After Supreme Court intrevention, Appeals Court rules that the Trump administration can't withhold full SNAP payments for November

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit issued a ruling Sunday evening, denying the Trump administration's request to halt the release of full SNAP payments for November. The ruling added to the reported chaos facing the Nation's largest anti-poverty initiative, also known as food stamps. Prior to the ruling, the U.S. Department of Agriculture had demanded that U.S. States "undo" full payments if they had been made.
