A culture of fear and chaos has spread through the DOJ under President Donald Trump (R), according to media reports. The change can be seen in the kinds of cases now being brought by the Government's top attorneys : investigations and prosecutions of the president's perceived enemies. Some Courts are serving as checks on alleged vindictive prosecution. But the morale and retention rates at the DOJ have plummeted.
